Mary says that e-mail is the best form of communication for her and she can be reached by land line. The Augustus Bove House, the B & B that is near by, has a link on their website. I asked Mary for some input about the best time of year and it sounds like anytime between May and October has its plusses. May is "excellent", the weather can be "better" in June. Due to boating activity, Saturday pm and Sundays in July and August are not good. September is perfect, the WX is "gorgeous" with a chance of early morning fog. October is "great" especially the first week with foliage. Mary suggests scheduling 3 days for instruction and 1 for the check ride. With a phone call to Mary, I'm sure you will begin to feel the enthusiasm and fine tune the best time for you and your wife. If you can take some additional time to see our Great State, I'll be happy to pass along some suggestions.
