Letter to Clarice from AllenGood Morning Clarice, I would be more than pleased to give you my impression of Mary Tait and the Naples Seaplane Service. I have had my license for 10 years and flying floats for the same amount of time. I started my recurrent training with Mary in July of 1999 and have since had about 10 hours of float flying instruction and more ground school with her for my annual spring refresher and on the SeaWings program. I like working with Mary because she is and excellent float flying pilot and more importantly she is a great teacher. She also challenges me to be a better pilot, not like other instructors that do the basics and sign you off. In addition she is a wonderful person and a pleasure to work with. The Naples Seaplane Service is well equipped and they don't skimp on safety. Clarice, I was born in Hartford and lived there for 15 years, and have lived almost ever since in Maine. Maine summers are beautiful and you will truly enjoy Naples which is in the center of the lakes region. It makes float flying in this area such a pleasure.
